We will then have an hour-long call to discuss my findings and answer any questions you may have. You’ll walk away with a list of actionable and easy to understand steps & confidence in your website.

Site set up - how does your site look on mobile? Does it load quickly? Is your site set up for GDPR, legal policies and accessibility?
Branding & Consistency - how visually appealing is your site and does it clearly communicate your brand? How does your website compare to your other channels?
User experience - how easy is it to buy from you? Is there anywhere leads could be dropping off?
Text/copy - are you missing key details in the words you use? Is your website difficult to understand? Could your copy better convert visitors into paying clients?
SEO - how well is your website set up to rank in Google? Are there any major issues with your titles, links, etc?

Our power hour can discuss a website built on any platform as my advice will be focused on design and SEO - principles applicable to any site.
If you require support after the power hour, then I am able to offer this for multiple platforms including Squarespace, WordPress and Showit. I do not offer Shopify support.

Help making the changes is not included as part of the power hour, but I won’t leave you hanging! If you need additional support, you will get access to an exclusive selection of ways to work with me if you do want some help.

A power hour is perfect for you if you want a fresh pair of eyes on your site and you want a list of actionable steps to tweak your website yourself.
However if you decide you want a total overhaul, you can have the price of your power hour written off the price of your web design project.
AKA, totally risk free if you aren’t sure if you want an extra pair of eyes on your site vs a whole redesign.

A one-time payment of £157 is due upfront when you book your power hour slot. Unfortunately it is non-refundable.

Your power hour is non-refundable should you need to cancel. You can rearrange up to 48 hours before the session, otherwise I will send you a video recording (between 30-45 mins, including answering any Qs you pre-submit).
