Website project planner & copy prompts to help collate everything we need for the project and to get clear on your business goals and message, so you feel empowered to write your website copy like a pro.
A custom mobile-friendly website up to 5 pages & blog set up so that your new website looks good on every device and establishes trust with your audience. Pages typically include, home, about, contact and services pages.
Simple SEO set up - I am a bit of an SEO nerd so I always set up websites with good SEO foundations so you have a better chance of ranking on Google.
Analytics & social media integration as data is always important to make informed decisions in your business. Even if you aren’t running ads now, having tracking pixels and integrations in place helps you better understand your audience.

I have found Squarespace to be the easiest platform for business owners to learn and manage themselves. That means you can maintain & edit your own website! Of course, I will also provide you with video training at the end of the project to make this even easier for you and/or your team.

No problem! We can work with what you already have or start from a clean slate.
If your website is not currently on Squarespace, moving platforms should be a breeze.
I’m happy to discuss this on your discovery call to find out what’s the best option for you.

My website packages start from £1,800 depending on your needs but you will also need to consider other costs associated with launching a website. These include:
Squarespace hosting - You will need to pay for Squarespace Business Plan as I cannot work with personal plans. If this is a new Squarespace website, you will get 20% off your first year as I am a Squarespace Gold Member.
Other software/integrations - e.g. an email provider or scheduling tool. I will always consult you before setting up any software that requires an additional cost or can source free alternatives.
Privacy Policies - It’s a legal requirement to ensure your website is compliant with various privacy laws however I am not a legal professional. You will therefore want to invest in some proper T&Cs, either from a legal professional, an online tool or template shop. I recommend Termageddon for this and you can get a 10% discount with the code ‘FREYA’.
Licenses - I will only ever use photos and fonts that are free to use. However, if you have a certain font or photography that you have sourced from elsewhere, then these licenses will need to be covered by you.

Squarespace Gold status is awarded to people who work frequently with the Squarespace platform.
Alongside extensive experience, it also means my clients get 20% off your first year’s Squarespace subscription, and 20% off your first scheduling subscription.
It also means we have a 6 month trial to build your site, instead of the usual 2 weeks so if you aren’t ready to launch right away, no problem.

I know how hard it can be to write about yourself and articulate your services. That’s why this package includes access to my exclusive copy prompts.
While you will be the one to write the copy on your website, these easy to follow prompts are designed to make writing the content much easier. With prompts for each of the pages of your website, you won’t be stuck staring at a blank page wondering what to write! You can even input them into an AI tool to help you with the copywriting process.

The payment of your project is split into three. 33% due when you book a slot in the calendar. 33% due on your start date and the final payment is due at the end of the project.
I can also offer payment plans up to 12 months, at no additional cost to you. There are no incentives or “pay-in-full” perks here, I’m not about that. Pick the payment plan that works best for you.

Business is busy - I get it! That’s why I strive to make my process as stress-free as possible.
Most of your time will be required between booking and the start of the project when you collate all of the photos, copy, logos etc… Of course, I will provide you with a comprehensive list and project planner to make this as easy as possible for you.
During the design project, I will be asking for your feedback at each milestone so you have a chance to review progress. But the rest is down to me!

At the end your project, you’ll get access to video trainings so you and/or your team will be confident in updating your website yourself.
However if you did want additional support at the end of the project, I offer an exclusive maintenance package to people I have worked with.
